Consultation bookings are confirmed in writing by email from [email protected]. A booking is confirmed once the client receives a written confirmation from the practice.
Cancellation by the client must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled session by email or telephone. Late cancellations — within 48 hours of the session — may be charged at 50% of the session fee, at the discretion of the practice. No-shows without prior notice are charged at the full session rate.
Crenza reserves the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances. Where a session must be rescheduled by the practice with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be offered an alternative slot at no additional charge.
Clients wishing to withdraw from a programme after the initial session may do so by written notice. Any sessions already completed will be charged at their individual rate. The programme fee for uncompleted sessions will be refunded within 14 calendar days of the withdrawal notice.
